Spacious shared terrace/veranda (36 square metres)located on the same first floor equipped with tables,sitting facilities and rocking chairs. Wide garden (1500 square metres) with gazebo, two barbecues and children playground. The veranda and the garden ARE SHARED with two apartments (sleeps 4/5 each). The studio is fully equipped: LCD, dvd, washing machine,air conditioning and central heating, free Wireless Internet, hairdryer. Our studio is located within 15 minutes walk from the long sandy beach and torquoise waters of Santa Margherita (1800 metres)and 10 minutes drive from the buzzing town of Pula (4 km). An ideal place for truly relaxing holidays and a great base for exploring stunning beaches. The self contained studio is part of new house located within large open fields containing vines and scenic views of nearby mountains; a great place to stay and to take advantage of the local Santa Margherita beaches with its water sports offers, explore beautiful sandy beaches in the vicinity such as Nora, Chia, Tuarredda, that can be reached in 10/20 minutes drive.

Our unit is located within 5 minutes drive or 10 minutes riding (1.800 metres) from the nearest sandy beach of Santa Margherita di Pula and 4 km from the buzzing town of Pula and its beach Nora. The bus stop to Pula, Cagliari and Chia is located just 800 metres from the apartment

The buzzing town of Pula is 4 km away with its shops, restaurants, pizzerias, and frequent traditional dances and evening entertainments in the central square. Several open-air ice-cream parlours, pubs and discos are also along the coastal road of Santa Margherita. Thanks to the proximity of the sea and the protection of the surrounding hills the town of Pula enjoys a unique microclimate, mild and particularly favourable for golf all year round. The Is Molas golf course, one of the most famous in Italy,with its 27 holes is just a few minutes drive from the apartment. The archaeological site of Nora is 4 km away. Nearby you can visit the local aquarium,famous for being a rescue point for sea turtles.The water park BluFan is only 15 minutes drive from the studio. The historic city of Cagliari is 35 km away with frequent buses leaving from Pula and Santa Margherita
