The main bedroom has a double bed, clock radio and en-suite shower room, the second bedroom has twin single beds, clock radio and hairdryer and the third two sets of bunk beds. These share a separate shower room. There is an open plan living area with a 3 piece suite, dining table and 8 chairs, colour television, video, DVD Player, radio, electric fire, electric central heating and a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker and fridge. At the rear there is a small fenced in patio overlooking the fields and Rival Mountains.Situated in 60 acres of its own grounds and surrounded by open countryside, it is on the outskirts of Llanbedrog, which is in the heart of the Lleyn Peninsula, an area designated as one of outstanding natural beauty.

Self-Catering Holiday Cottages – These are refurbished to a high standard to add to the enjoyment of your holiday. There are no hidden extras - we include all linen and electricity in our prices. We also offer short breaks, during the winter and autumn months, based on a percentage of the weekly rate. We provide a ‘Starter - Welcome Pack’, consisting of bread, milk, butter, tea, coffee, sugar, our own freshly laid eggs, plus soap, toilet paper, washing up liquid and in Bragdy Wern, Rose Cottage and The Cottage dishwasher tablets. All we ask is that you bring your own beach towels.In addition there are washing, ironing and drying facilities available (with a small donation requested for the tumble dryers) and a welly shower too for the hardy hiker or ardent camper. We also have additional freezer space available, as well as a pay phone, gas or charcoal BBQs, a coin operated sauna bath, pool table and table tennis.
