Flower beds, ornamental plants and lavender bushes surround the house. Barbecue in a terrace near and above the house. Swing for children. Comfortable and modern environment, 4-ring-stove, fridge with freezer, dish washer, filter coffee machine, TV (with Italian programs only). Washing machine at a small extra cost 3 €. External illumination. Central heating with methane gas. Parking place on a fenced area, gate with remote control. Pets are not allowed. Deposit 200 €. Access through a 500 m long, single-lane, tarred-road.

The brand new single-family-house Maria lies in a very quiet location, surrounded by olive groves, chestnut woods, meadows and fields, at 1,7 km from the medieval village Roccatederighi. From the house you’ll enjoy a charming view on the Maremma plain up to the sea, and in some clear days you can even see the Giglio island. The nearest sand beaches are in Follonica and Castiglione della Pescaia at 38 and 45 km of distance. The Accesa Lake is 28 km far away, and the Farma river is at just 16 km. In the village Roccatederighi you can find shops of all kind, bank, postal office, pizzeria and restaurants with terrace.

Roccatederighi is a picturesque village with circa 800 inhabitants. Grosseto is only 35 km away and Siena about 60. It is situated on top of a stony (rocca) area and there´s a fantastic view across the land, over the surrounding hills. The old part is an intrigue of nicely preserved narrow alleys (no traffic) and vaulted ways.
