Newly built 3-bedroom detached villa for Rent in the beautiful village of Bryastovets (in Bourgas, Bulgaria)The villa is only 20 - 25 min drive to the city of Bourgas or to Sunny Beach.The villa is tastefully furnished and well maintained. On your arrival you will find the villa clean and prepared for your holiday. The villa has its own garden and private pool sized 8 x 4m. The garden and the pool are maintained by us on a daily basis and all you need is to relax and enjoy the time with your family. The villa is decorated in neutral colors and equipped with all you would need on a holiday. Downstairs there is a large living room with open plan kitchen fitted with electric hob, electric oven, extractor, fridge, freezer and a washing machine in a separate wet room. All rooms are with terracotta tiling. A sitting area with garden furniture in front of the house is accessed from the living room, a second door leads from the kitchen into the garden.
