Our private beachfront holiday villas are located on the border of a clear, exclusive and comfortable holiday site 3km, away from the village of Ildir. Our beachfront vacation villas are directly facing the beach thus providing a panoramic view of the sea. -Our beautiful vacation villas (150 m2) are surrounded by a 1000 m2 green grass garden, with an open terrace of 20 m2 and a roofed terrace of 20 m2 veranda. From here, we will have a panoramic and marvelous sea view. The living room (30 m2) in each villa has a satellite TV and is fully furnished. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, cooker, oven and coffee machine. There are 5 bedrooms in each villa (18m2, 12m2, 10m2, 7m2 and a 20m2 attic room) which can accommodate a total of 10 beds (double and single beds). In each villa, there are 3 bathrooms. The main bathroom has a WC, bathtub and water boiler. The 2 smaller bathrooms has a shower and toilet. There is also a common shower in the garden. In the garden, there is a common washroom with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The huge outside garden is very private where your families and friends could enjoy a wonderful BBQ meal. Unit prices are in EURO per villa per week. Reservation is make for weekly period stay. Basic price (for 1-4 person) is 440 € for high season (15 Jun -15 Sept), 250 € for mid-season (01 Apr - 15 Jun and 15 Sept - 31 Oct), 180 € for low-season (01 Nov -31 Mar). For each additional person we charge 45 € for high season, 30 € for mid-season, 20 € for low-season. 25 % of the total amount of the rent should be paid as a downpayment to our bank account. Please contact us for the details of our bank account No. Upon receipt of a copy of this downpayment document by fax from you to the following fax No: +90 (232) 4255798, we will send you a confirmation of your reservation. The balance 75 % of the rent has to be paid when you check-in. In case of cancellation on your part, the 25% downpayment will be forfeited Transfer round trip airport is available. For cars: 120,- Euro (in total). For a minibus: 180,- Euro (in total). Rent-a-car is also available. Tours to Cesme, Izmir (city), Ephesus and boat tours are available. The charges include electricity, water, gas, housekeeping and one set of bedding per person (At arrival).
