This cottage is located in a residental section with out the high rise commercial properties. Your view is outstanding of a long stretch of ocean front. You can spend time with your loved one without being lost in a mulitude of bodies. It is direct ocean front with a walkway straight to the ocean and the house sits on the dunes on the beach. NOthing between you and the sea. Long windows that open to ocean breeze-a very simple cottage that is updated for comfort. It is no smoking-no pets and no wall to wall carpet to keep down allergins. NO wall papering with higher ceilings and fans. There are times when you may feel you are the only person on the beach-off seasons. A place to slow down and relax. Very nice Island style furniture for comfort. Although the cottage is not fancy it is comfortable and cheerful with a gorgeous view and modern day convenience.

A town that time has forgotten. A beautiful Island filled with cheerful shopping and restaurants. Uncrowded beach front perfect for honeymoons and family time without crowds associated with most beaches. Aprox 25 min away from nightlife and high energy entertainment but close enough for a nights get a way. This town is filled with nice people who reside on the Island on Island-Time. It is unrushed and uncomplicated by congestion and stress oriented over population.

NO grilling within 20ft of any structure on Ocean Front-no smoking-no pets-no exceptions. A nesting area for endangered rare turtles and outdoor lights must turn off in evening. Many have nested in front of cottage. No walking on federally protected dunes but may walk down your private boarded walkway to beach and along side dunes. Must respect others tranquilty. This cottage is rented for a fraction of most rentals on the Island and you are expected to leave it clean when you leave and equipment is left to tidy up. No sheets or towels provided but may be rented on the Island.
