Casa Redonda gets its name from its unusual design, the accommodation is arranged around a circular interior courtyard. The property is located in a privileged position, a few minutes from the sea, supermarket and other facilities. It has recently been extensively refurbished and the pool added.GROUND FLOOR: The main entrance is to the spacious living/dining room with a new leather sofa suite and a Digital Satellite Television showing free-to-view channels & includes Sky Family package. There is a large separate fully-fitted modern kitchen with fridge freezer, built-in oven and hob, Dishwasher and washing machine. A very private feature courtyard in the middle of the villa provides for outside dining and is a very pleasant sun-trap. This floor has the master double bedroom, with ensuite bathroom, a twin bedroom and a family room consisting of a double bed, single and z-bed, and a separate bathroom. THE UPPER FLOOR has internal and external staircases and comprises of a twin bedroom with balcony, another bathroom and access to the large roof terrace.THE SWIMMING POOL is 8 x 4 kidney-shaped and has surrounding terraces and garden. With the Sky Family Package currently there are at least fifty channels including UK GOLD, UK GOLD +1, UKG2, SKY ONE, CHANNEL FIVE, UK HISTORY, DISCOVERY, REALITY TV, CHALLENGE, LIVING TV, BRAVO, PARAMOUNT, HOME AND LEISURE, UK STYLE, UK FOOD, UK DRAMA TRAVEL CHANNEL, DISCOVERY HEALTH, M LIFE TV, SHOW CASA, FASHION TV, GAME NETWORK CLASSIC TV, NEWS CHANNELS (including BLOOMBERG, BBC PARLIAMENT, CNBC, FOX , ITV, CNN, EURONEWS, SKY), MUSIC CHANNELS (including MTV & VH1), CHILDRENS (including BOOMERANG, NICKALODEON, FOX KIDS, CARTOON NETWORK), QVC, TRAVEL SHOP, TV SHOP, SPORTS CHANNELS (Including GOLF CHANNEL, ATTHERACES, I SPORTS TV, EXTREME SPORTS, PREMIERSHIP PLUS). IMORTANT NOTE: These channels were in operation at the time of installation and could change depending on the service providors. We cannot guarantee which channels will be in operation when you are there.Please Note: The garden area is relativeley secure but young children have a busy road to cross to the beach.A security alarm system is installed which allows for emergency calls for police, fire, ambulance (service in English). It is operated using a swipe card, instead of a number pad, and if the alarm was to go off then an internal intercom, connected to a central control station, will ask in English the nature of the emergency. Full instructions, in English, will be provided.Air-conditioning, warm-air heating and pool heating is charged extra - based upon meter readings taken at the beginning and end of your stay. A £50 (+£75 for pool heating if applicable) deposit (per week) is required, irrespective whether you will be using it or not. Air Conditioning during the period May to November. Heating during the period October to May. Pool heating during the period 1 September to 1 July. This will appear automatically on the booking form
