This homely and beautifully decorated house and apartment in a quiet and safe location are available as shortlets together or separately. Situated in Botley in West Oxford, just two miles from Oxford station and the City Centre, our property offers affordable accommodation within easy reach of Oxford's attractions. It comprises a semi-detached house and garden, with living room, dining room, conservatory and kitchen on the ground floor, and 3 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs, two of which are accessible for tenants: one double bedroom (excellent V-spring mattress) and one single bedroom. The studio apartment consists of one large room with a fully equipped kitchen corner and a bathroom with shower. The house has recently been re-decorated and although not extravagant, offers a calm, spacious and inviting atmosphere. For most of the year our solar panels back up the gas-fired hot water and central heating. All the appliances (fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV etc) are of a high standard. The property has its own parking space and wifi broadband. The deck and garden at the back of the house offer a stunning view over the Cotwolds. We are looking forward to your visit. We are sorry that we cannot welcome smokers, children or pets.
