The very popular Villa Sunset is located in the heart of Cape Coral's well-developed Southwest of the city, close to Santa Barbara Boulevard in the East and Veterans Memorial Parkway in the North. On 160 sqm living area you will find bright and friendly rooms with excessively high ceilings that convey a feeling of spaciousness and elegance. The wooden made kitchen is fully equipped.
