The distance to Albufeira is 7 km.Casa Margarida is a very luxurious private villa situated on top of a hill in its own 6000 m2 grounds. This unique spot ensures the optimum privacy. From the villa you have magnificent panoramic views including the valley and coastline.There is a choice of 22 beaches; ranging from very wide to very intimate bays with cristal clear waters.Owing to its central location, you will drive to the beaches unhindered in 8 minutes. The distance to Albufeira is 7 km.The villa accommodates a maximum of 10 people and has 5 very spacious bedrooms and 4 luxury bathrooms.The luxury villa is south facing and measures 410 m2. It is fully furnished with "antiques". In the centre is a big round livingroom with an open fire, modern equipment such as central heating, satellite TV and stereo. There is also a DVD player. The livingroom has four big French doors which open out onto a covered (porch) terrace which offers fine views over the valley and coastline.There is a big, fully equipped kitchen in the left wing of the house. The kitchen offers a view to the swimming pool. Next to it is a passage to the covered terrace. This wing also houses the master bedroom.There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom in the right wing. One is a big double with two single beds and plenty of cupboard space. The bedroom will lead onto the terrace through an extra door. The other bedroom is also a double with two single beds, has also plenty of cupboard space and offers a view across the valley. The Arabesque bathroom has a shower cubicle for two, a toilet and two fixed wash-stands.There are also two master bedrooms on the ground floor which offer: Ample cupboard space Big French doors which open onto the terrace. Two luxury bathrooms with toilet, a shower and a washstand Excellent quality of matrasses and linen, there are plenty of towelsIt is very comfortable both in summer and in "winter", because all floors and roofs are insulated with cork, a wooden roof construction and special ventilation outlets. During construction of the house the sun's altitude was considered in order to achieve excellent comfort in summer and winter.There are some lovely gardens and covered terraces around Casa Margarida where you can dwell happily throughout the year.
