A new, first floor, nicely furnished and fully equipped, air-conditioned apartment comprising 2 double bedrooms + 2 baby cots, kitchen combined with living area and bathroom with shower.The spacious terrace/veranda (36 squared meters large)located on the same first floor, equipped with tables and sitting facilities, is the place you can dine al fresco or to relax in rocking chairs, making most of the fantastic Sardinian weather. Wide garden (1500 squared meters large)with gazebo, two barbecues and children playground area.The first floor terrace and the garden are SHARED with another apartemnt (sleeps 4) and one studio (sleeps 2). The unit has air conditioning and central heating, free wireless Internet, washing machine, tv, dvd, hairdryer, 4 rings stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle. Our two first floor apartments are located within 15 minutes walk from the long sandy beach and torquoise waters of Santa Margherita (1800 metres)and 10 minutes drive from the buzzing town of Pula. An ideal place for truly relaxing holidays and a great base for exploring stunning beaches. Our two first floor self contained apartments are part of new house located within large open fields containing vines and scenic views of nearby mountains; a great place to stay and to take advantage of the local Santa Margherita beach with its water sports offers, explore beautiful sandy beaches in the vicinity (Nora, Pinus, Chia, Tuarredda, Porto Pino) and experience a charm of a south Sardinian town of Pula. All the sorrounding beaches can be reached in 10/20 minutes driving.

The Is Molas golf course, one of the most famous in Italy,with its 27 holes is just a few minutes drive from the apartment. The archaeological site of Nora is 4 km away. Nearby you can visit the local aquarium,famous for being a rescue point for sea turtles.
