The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting. The villa is in a very calm and quiet place then this at the end of a street. This villa has an independant apartment (the apartment belongs to the villa - it is of the same owner) who can be rented separatly. It's for 6 persons more and it has it own terraces and entrance and the same characteristics of the house (air cond., ground of marble, tv, furnished kitchen, etc...) The swimming pool is for the villa and the apartment. The washing machine is outside, in a room near the garden. In all the villa , there is ground of marble.

The villa is a big house for 6 or 7 persons with all comfort. There is a big swimming pool (8x12) in the garden, and just in front of the house, you have a small way to go to a nice white sand cove... The villa has 3 balconys with marvelous views. In all the house you have ground of marble, conditioning air and cupboards in the rooms. It's easy forget your work in San Telmo and have nice holidays.

San Telmo is at the south/west of Mallorca. It's a quiet zone with beach and mountains. At 10 minuts, you have Andratx (more big than San Telmo) where you can play golf , rent a boat, etc... In San Telmo, you have a little port where you can eat fresh fish and tipical spanish food.
