JAYCEE is a very well maintained home with an outstanding pool area. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, tastefully tiled in all great room areas. It feels open and bright inside. The sliding glass door between living room and lanai vanishes completely. Wonderful italian tile on the whole pool deck. There is an outside kitchen with refrigerator, ice maker, sink, gas grill and granite counters. The pool features a bar with granite counters as well. You can stay in the pool all day because of the low chlorine salt system. This pool is amazing! It also features a waterfall (vanishing edge) and an electric heat pump. Lighting inside the pool and the deck pavers make the outside area perfect for entertaining. Rent a boat and you will be in the Gulf of Mexico within a few minutes, no bridges or locks! The private dock is also great for sun bathing or resting under the Tiki Hut and enjoying the wonderful view across the water. A Grocery store and a few restaurants are less than 5 minutes away and the Golf Course at Royal Tee (three beautiful 9-hole courses) is just around the corner. Naturally, JAYCEE is fully equipped with everything you need, including several TV's, high speed internet access, etc.
