Villa Crisanaud Belek Turkish Riviera Super 4 bedroom villa for holiday lets Antalya airport 20 min transfer. Transfers can be arranged to be paid locally Laid out on three floors. The 1st floor consists of open plan lounge/kitchen/ diner with an outside terrace and BBQ. The comfortable lounge area provides seating for 8 and a TV with DVD player and limited satellite programmes. Beautifully furnished to a high standard. The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and all utensils. Tiled floors and stairs. There is one double bedroom and 3 twin bedrooms located on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Bathroom located on the 2nd floor and toilet facilities on the 1st floor. There is an outside shower located on the roof terrace. There is also a large roof terrace complete with outside shower and patio furniture. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the complex swimming pool (open summer only) and the surrounding area. A five-minute walk brings you to the local shop, which has a small café terrace to relax before returning with your shopping! Opposite the shop is a bar/restaurant which serves a selection of international meals. The local hospital is about 10 mins walk as is the local Jandarme (police station). Belek town centre is a short distance, also the town centre of Kadriye. The city of Antalya is 20 mins drive from Belek. At each end of the main road through Belek there are three high standard golf courses. The Kadriye Public Beach area, newly developed in 2006 is approx 2kms distance from the villa, where you will find beach bars, water sports and sun loungers to spend your days. The Toros mountain range is approx. 11/2 hours drive away. There is fantastic skiing in the winter at Saklikent (the lost city) with the season running from December to April. At the ski area there is a restaurant and ski lifts and all abilities are catered for. Within a short distance of the villa there are numerous historical sites that are worth a visit as well as national parks and magnificent waterfalls. Many shopping areas are available and the local markets or bazaars are the best place to purchase fresh local produce and haggle for the many bargains that are available. For the more adventurous holidaymaker white water rafting, paragliding mountain climbing and various sports are available. River trips to the sea are a favourite with those not quite as daring.

The villa is situated on a small private complex in the town of Belek close to the famous golf courses of Turkey. The pool is open in the summer months from may to october. It is close to the beach and to shops. The local police station is nearby and the facilities of a new hospital, which hopefully wont be needed!

BELEK The resort area of Belek has grown up along a fantastic ribbon of a white sand beach backed by lush pine forests turquoise rivers descending from the Taurus Mountains Belek is within easy reach of the facilities and amenities of Antalya, including the international airport, which is only a 20-minute drive away. ASPENDOS The wonderfully preserved 20,000 seat Roman theatre of Aspendos, which still hosts concerts and recitals during the summer months, is also nearby. The Hospital has all the modern amenities you would need including an accident and emergency area There are also English speaking doctors in Belek ANTALYA The city of Antalya stretches along the bay bearing its name, and is built at 39 metres altitude on a rocky coastline. One is immediately struck by the Taurus mountains nearby In Antalya the four seasons only appear on the calendar, as there is no real winter here, so much so that when in 1985 for the first time in 60 years snow fell, it was front page news. The summers are hot and rainless while the other months are warm and occasionally rainy, with a mean annual temperature of 18.7 °C. On average there is no rain for 309.5 days a year. SKIING Saklikent - Situated north east of Bakirli dagi the Beydag mountain range, 50 km north west of Antalya, at a height of 2000 m There are restaurants, shops and a supermarket. The best season is from January to April The special attraction of this centre is that in March and April one can ski in the mornings then drive down to the coast and swim in the warm waters of the Mediterranean in the afternoons. A great Aquapark with different facilities for both adults and children is available at the Hotel Ali Bey . Numerous slides for all ages Also there is a ten pin bowling alley and a disco which carries on late into the evening
