Annastel villas is a family owned business consist villa Stalo with 3 bedrooms and Villa Joanna with 4 bedrooms. Both villas situated in Kissonerga village, between Pafos and Coral bay, on a hill, opposite Golden Atlantica beach hotel , overlooking the sea and the banana plantations in front, next to lemon, orange and other fruit trees. They have finished in June 2003, so they are in excellent condition, brand new. They are modern holiday villas, fully furnished with separate private pool with all modern facilities, trying to make your holidays as enjoyable, easy and relaxing as you never have been before. They are in walking distance to the beach, about 500m, with a magnificent view, especially in the afternoon with the sunset. There you can enjoy sunbathing, water sports and a cold drink waiting the sun to set. Kissonerga village is in a short distance away, 5km from Pafos town and 3km from Coral Bay famous beach. In a walking distance there are restaurants, taverns, bars, supermarket, traditional coffee shops where you will be sure of a warm Cypriot welcome from the locals. On the main road, in front of the hotel about 400m it’s a bus station taking you to Coral Bay or Pafos. Hiring a car is helping you moving around especially at nighttime visiting Pafos and its nightlife. Paphos is a suitable place for the sports' admirers, with activities including Water Park, golf, tennis, horse riding, go karting, water sports (wind surfing, jet skiing), bowling and much more. Villa Joanna is a 4 bedrooms villa next to Villa Stalo. Accommodate 8-9 pax Its 2 floors villa 170 sq.metres. At the basement is the kitchen, fully equipped, lacking nothing in modern aids i.e. Fridge, cooking rings, oven, microwave oven, Electric kettle, filter machine, dish washer, washing machine and iron with iron board. At the ground floor are the sitting room and a dinning area with a dinning table for 8-9 persons. At the lounge very tastefully designed furniture with a 3 seats sofa and a 2 seats sofa, an armchair, a colour T.V., a video, a Radio and a CD player. At the front is a patio area overlooking the villas own private swimming pool 5m X 10m. Enjoy swimming in the crystal clear salty water, even at night time under the stars and Moon light in June, July, August and September. Ample sun beds, umbrella’s and Garden furniture are around the pool area. In front Of the pool is the Garden with grass, bananas and other trees around. At the ground floor we have an extra twin bedroom with a shower and W.C. On the first floor we have 3 bedrooms, master bedroom with a double bed, shower, W.C en-suite and a safe box. The other 2 bedrooms with shared shower and W.C. All bedrooms have their own Air conditioning, all with balcony overlooking the sea. Villa Stalo a 3 BEDROOMS villa Accommodate 6-7 pax.
