Villa Perka is a family run stone house surrounded by pine woods, olive groves and flower gardens. Its interior was fully renovated in 2007. From its slightly elevated position, 200 m from the sea it commands superb, relaxing views of the islands and the endless blue sea that surrounds them. Behind, the house is sheltered by the St.Nikola's – the highest peak of the island.There are 3 spacious apartments, each with separate entrance and large terrace with stunning seaview. Apartments consist of double bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom, fully fitted kitchen and living room. Two of them have larder too.The fireplace, parking place and loundry are at everybodies disposal.

Villa is located in Sv.Nedjelja on the southern slopes of the island of Hvar halfwav between the upper(old) part of the village and lower (new) part of the village along the very coast.It is the only house for rent on such a large private plot(3000m2)which guaranteees to our guests peace and quite even in the peak of the season.

Because of its specific location, Sv.Nedjelja is getting more and more popular among lovers of free climbing, mountain biking, hiking… Mild climate allows them to enjoy these sports all year long. Behind, there is St.Nicholas, the highest peak of the island and the cave with remains of Augustinian monastery from the 16th century. A special position of its vineyards puts Sv.Nedjelja on the very top in production of high quality vintage vines. These wines, especially red ones have won many awards in Croatia and abroad.
