Casa Felipe is a large three/four bedroomed house with spacious lounge and luxuriously fitted kitchen. Two bedrooms open out onto the balcony with stunning, uninterrupted views of the sea and mountains. It is situated in the Laguna area of the quiet old fishing village of Playa de Santiago, the only south-facing town on this small island. This gives it the best swimming and diving opportunities, as well as fantastic walking. The house is situated in a small street, close to all the village amenities, the beaches and the Club Laurel pool and restaurant. It is fortunate to be on one of the easier access roads (some areas are a challenging climb) and fronts onto the banana plantation. The balcony faces southwest giving superb views across the baranco where bananas grow, and to the sea (only a couple of minutes stroll away). The house has no other buildings in front, giving it a private, uninterrupted vista.

Casa Felipe is in the Laguna area of Playa Santiago on the south coast of La Gomera. It is only 40 minutes away from the capital, San Sebastian. There are a good number of shops in the village and a large range of restaurants and small bars which are superb, serving local fish specialities and a wide choice of other dishes.
