The beach is walking distance (700 m). approx. 50 m away from the House is the nearest playground. In the direct vicinity there are other #xD;
Well-maintained Dog Beach with clean sanitary facilities at the southern #xD;
In the restaurant of the nearby Cuxland hotel (250 m), you can have breakfast and eat. Still, you can use also the sauna. Dorum Neufeld is a cozy place directly on the coast. -A tranquil boat haven and - a beautiful beach with playgrounds, an outdoor wave pool there (not in the season 2013 WG.) There is also a spa rooms. In addition, there are several recommended restaurants, a snack bar and an ice-cream #xD;

Beautiful house
We stayed in this holiday home for a few days in May and we were simply thrilled. The house is much more beautiful than it appears in the photos. It was really comfortably furnished and had everything needed for a vacation (we especially appreciated the washing machine). We highly recommend it for a holiday with a toddler. The sockets are mostly secured, everything necessary for the little one is there (baby cot, high chair, kettle for baby food), and the size of the house is just right so that you can sit downstairs quietly even without a baby monitor while the baby sleeps in the crib on the first floor since you can hear it for sure.
We immediately felt at home and it was a great feeling to return to the house after a long day out and end the evening on the terrace or on the comfortable sofas.
I would also like to mention positively that the house is only a stone's throw away from the sea. There are also a few shops and restaurants within walking distance, and with the car, you can reach larger supermarkets and drugstores in a few minutes. We also used the car to visit the surrounding cities (Cuxhaven, Wilhelmshaven, Bremerhaven) and it was very quick and convenient.
All in all, a great holiday, which worked out despite being booked spontaneously (Mrs. Ter Jung was very helpful and made an effort to make the holiday possible despite booking on a weekend and contacting her on a holiday). We can only recommend it and will definitely come back in the future and stay for a longer time.

das Haus war das Beste was wir je in Dorum-Neufeld hatten.Wir waren trotz des schlechten Wetters sehr Zufrieden.Es währe schön wenn in der Dusche ein Griff zum festhalten währe.
Im Haus war alles vorhanden was für ein Urlaub nötig ist.Immer wieder gerne.

Eine super schöne erholsame Woche
Eine sehr schöne Woche. Es hat an nichts gefehlt - gemütliche Einrichtung - perfekte Lage. Viele Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung - da ist für jeden was dabei. Auch unser Hund hatte Spaß.Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt und wären auch noch länger geblieben.

Sehr empfehlenswert
Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber. Hunde sind dort herzlichst willkommen und auch kleinen Kindern wird es dort an nichts fehlen.Die Lage vom Haus ist schön ruhig und der Parkplatz sehr nah.Ausserdem fehlt es dem Haus an nichts,allein die Küche hat 3 verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen.die Vermieter scheinen auch sehr nett und zuverlässig zu sein, wir konnten die komplette Buchung kurz vor der Anreise durchführen,da es für uns ein gamz spontaner Urlaub war.
