A refundable damage deposit of $300.00 is required and returned to you after your departure. To reserve your stay, a 50% deposit is required to secure your dates. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. For your convenience, you may pay with Visa/MC through www.paypay.com. Due to fraudelent scams, I cannot accept cashier checks, money orders or personal checks. If you cancel within 4 weeks of your arrival date, 50% of your deposit is returned to you. Check-in time is normally after 3 p.m. but it is flexible depending if prior guests are out on time. Check-out time is 12 noon, again it is flexible if no guests are checking in that day.
