Welcome to Bermuda Bay Beach and Racquet Club. Your passport to fun, sun, and relaxation in the tropics. Enjoy two heated pools. One pool is brand new and is right on the beach with a hot tub. We have a great deck with wonderful views. Look out for dolphins! Newly remodeled, all weather tennis courts for night and day activities, racquet ball courts and acres of lush surroundings, a play ground, volleyball, a putting green and a club house. Escape from all your cares, unwind and let the Gulf breezes caress you. Spend warm sunny days poolside or in the hot tub by the beach, fishing, or getting your jet-skis in gear. You will be swept away by the allure of Bermuda Bay. Our charming Bermuda Style condominiums are in two story red-roofed buildings with pink stucco walls and white picket fences. They are surrounded by 16 acres of palm trees and lush tropical gardens. We have a nature sanctuary next door so be prepared to spot all manner of exotic birds, from hawks and herons to parrots and egrets. NOTE: All our one bedroom or two bedroom condominiums, are on the ground floor and do not have stairs. The one bedroom condominiums are also directly on the beach and have spectacular sunset vistas. The two bedrooms are garden view only and are close to the beach. We do have some town houses and three bedroom units that are garden view and all of these do have stairs. Availability and prices for these are upon request. The One and Two bedroom condos feature large bedrooms each with a queen size bed (larger than a double) and a bathroom and vanity en-suite. The two bedrooms are over 1150 square feet! And the one bedrooms are also spacious - over 950 square feet! All living rooms are spacious and have a queen size sleeper sofa. Ceiling fans, central heat and air conditioning is throughout. All these units have been recently painted, tiled and updated. There is a full size kitchen with a full size stove with an oven a full size refrigerator and freezer, microwave oven, coffeemaker, and toaster. All crockery and appliances are included including beach towels and linens. *Included is FREE 70+ channel Cable TV *FREE parking. FREE Local Phone service. *Additionally there is a VCR and a stereo CD player. *Every condominium has a private patio, most of them are screened in. * BBQ and picnic areas on the property
