Welcome to the Algarve, luxury 1 bed apartment in Tavira, Eastern Algarve the apartment is light, airy, comfortably furnished and equipped to a very high standard. It has the benefit of double glazed doors and windows and gas fire for those cooler months. The lounge is spacious and features a fire place fitted with a gas fire and is comfortably furnished, with sofa bed ( sleeps 2), a selection of games, books, toys, and off course TV and CD player. The double bedroom has a large wardrobe with drawers. The bathroom is fully tiled with bath, shower, basin, WC and bidet. Extensively equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven and hob. Rest assured the apartment is supplied with all the home comforts, (iron, ironing board, hair dryer etc) The linen and towels are provided with the exception of beach towels Cleaning is provided as normal. Daily maid is available if required ( details available) Large balcony from bedroom and lounge with patio furniture. Open view to greens palm trees Plenty space where to park.

Stroll along the promenade alongside the lagoon and cross to the miles of totally unspoilt golden sand beach that is designated as a blue flag beach. Within a few minutes there is a good supermarket that caters for local, English & Continental tastes and where you also find a post office, pharmacy and several cafes and restaurants. Activities are various you can do: Relaxing, golf, bowls, swimming, beach, sailing, fishing, windsurfing, cycling, walking, bird watching and nature. You can choose to relax or be as active as you wish.

Urbanizacao do Lagar and local amenities Cabanas is the nearest beach and is a 5 minutes drive or perhaps a 10/15 minutes walk. In the summer season a small-motorised train provides a regular frequent service from the apartment at Conceicao to the beach. There are several more long golden sandy beaches just a short distance away, like Manta Rota, Monte Gordo, and Pedras del Rei. Car hire is not essential unless you require the freedom of your own independent transport and therefore, big selections of companies are just situated at Faro airport. Change over day can be from Sunday to Friday. This apartment is situated in the unspoilt region of Eastern Algarve with its stunning scenery and within the boundaries of the Ria Formosa Nature Park. Conceicao is adjacent to the fishing village of Cabanas that has lovely streets where you will find local bars and restaurants.
