Whether it’s for a romantic getaway for two or rest and relaxation with friends, you will be surrounded by spectacular views of the Bay of Banderas from the living areas and master bedroom, and the serene tropical mountains and red rooftops from the 2nd master bedroom. Close your eyes and listen to the peaceful sound of the ocean breaking on the rocks and sand below. Take a refreshing plunge in the ocean side infinity pool or descend the rock path and enjoy beachcombing at its best with an abundance of seashell treasures to be found. If you just want to relax on your spacious deck, sink into the double size lounge chair and enjoy the view of the Bay, complete with fishing boat and sailboat activity directly in front of you and the quaint little fishing village of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle off to the right of the deck. As an added bonus, slip into the two person private Spa-Hot Tub on your own deck and enjoy a spa massage while sipping a marguerita and watching the sunset When you feel up to venturing outdoors, enjoy exploring the nearby villages of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle to the north and Bucerias to the south. Here you can experience the flavor of small Mexican beach town villages and enjoy mixing with the locals, great shopping (open market and boutique shops) and lots of wonderful places to eat. When you’re ready for some real hustle-bustle, the big little city of Puerto Vallerta is approx. 30 minutes south on the modern four-lane highway. Here you can enjoy world class dining and entertainment, all night dancing, and of course shopping, shopping and more shopping! Some places will even ship stuff home anywhere in the world! When you’ve had enough of the noise and activity of the big city, head out of town and return to the peace and quiet of your oceanfront condo overlooking the bay. This is a brand new full-ownership beachfront condominium with one unit per floor. Our unit is the top (fourth floor) of the building and worth the climb up the staircase! Amenities Include: Marble floors throughout, Granite Counter Tops, Air Conditioning, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Six burner built in gas range w/oven, Fully equipped kitchen for complete cooking and in-house dining, Blender, Toaster, Microwave oven, Small television with 3 local channels (for now), DVD player, Portable Boom box stereo with CD/AM/FM Radio, Private Hot-Tub Spa, Panoramic View of the Bay, Infinity Pool (shared with only 4 units total), Washer and Dryer in condo, and 2 Comfy Spa Robes per bedroom (one size fits all!), hairdryer in each bathroom. Services Include: Meet and Greet with brief orientation at condo by our Rental Manager, Maid Service once per week the first week of your stay, and twice per week every week thereafter. Additional maid and cooking services can be easily arranged at an additional cost. Please Note: No elevator in the building so ability to climb upstairs to the fourth floor is a must. We love children but because our place is not a child-friendly condo, we request adults only. Exceptions may be made for children twelve and older. No pets and no smoking allowed. Location: We are located on a quiet strip of the Bay of Banderas in Puerto Vallarta’s North Zone, 15 minutes from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport, next to the little fishing village of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle. We have our own 27 ft boat with captain available for sport fishing, snorkeling & whale watching charters. Captain Jesus Chavez will treat you to a great day on the water. Or you can have Jesus take you across the bay and leave you on small private secluded beach near Yelapa for an afternoon of sun & snorkeling with lunch & drinks. Then he will come pick you up for a the trip back home. Casa Sirena Pequena is about 3/4's mile past the town of Bucerias. Bucerias is a town of about 6,000 people. Bucerias is like Vallarta used to be 15 or 20 years ago before it got so built up with big hotels. Bucerias has beautiful white sand beaches, great restaurants, fish markets, fresh fruit stands, and many nice shops for all your shopping needs. And you are only about 15 minutes from down town Puerto Vallarta.

Bucerias features many fine restaurants that offer a wide array of excellent cuisines such as bakery delights, breakfasts, BBQ ribs and chicken, wood oven pizza, pastas, delicious Mexican specialties, and freshly caught seafood served beachside. A number of small grocery stores are only a short walk away, and can be used to resupply your stock of beer, liquor, ice, soft drinks, and a variety of canned goods, vegetables, and fresh tortillas. Also close by are many conveniences such as travel agencies, car rental, currency exchange, calling station, and tour booking information.
