These prices are based on market conditions applicable at the time. == PAYMENTS - RENTAL VOUCHER Upon receipt of the confirmation, the vacationer must give a 20% deposit of the total location price. The full payment must be given at the arrival. They are considered adults the boys with more than two years which do not employ the small bed for baby. For 1 bed baby Euro 25 for week. For 1 bed adds Euro 30 for week. The price of the flats include: light, water, gas, equipped pool, fitness-centre use and bedroom and bathroom linen. == ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE Unless otherwise indicated in the description of the property, the arrival/departure must take place as follows: arrival: Saturday between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. Departure: Saturday between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. == SECURITY DEPOSIT When the keys are handed over to the holiday-maker, the security deposit paid in cash and in EURO to the owner or his representative.
