The cottage is a 2007-built detached house and is very quiet in the middle of a residential neighborhood on a quiet street. A small garden promises relaxation and an opportunity for sunbathing or barbecues. The road to the beach is easily reached in 17 minutes (1.9 kilometers) through the city on foot. By bicycle to the beach is just 4 min. (Bike rental shops and all within 10 minutes away)
