Refundable Security fee of $100 USD and a one-time cleaning fee of $50 required for all stays. Minimum stay 3 nights. Short stays must be booked within 60 days of arrival only. Car rental discount available. RENT PERIOD is generally from weekend to weekend. Check-in 3 pm, checkout 11 am. Fees based on 2 person occupancy. Add $15/night USD for each additional guest (up to 6 maximum). Payment accepted as PayPal, wire transfer, or personal check (US only), and is due with application. Half of total may be paid with post-dated check. No refunds after 60 days prior to arrival unless villa can be rebooked. Travel insurance recommended during hurricane season.Minimum rental
