These ancient 400 years old trulli were recently renovated (2010) to the highest typical standards, maintaining all original Puglian features. This charming trullo complex includes, one large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, two large double bedrooms, one twin bedroom (which could be also adapted as a third double bedroom) and one extra bedroom (please note: without windows) with a double sofa bed. The trullo is also featuring two bathrooms in the main building and one extra bathroom with laundry in the room beside the swimming pool room. The large garden area beautiful maintained and its really full of colourful flowers, fruit trees and big centuries-old olive trees. Dry stones walls and the private 12x6 mt large swimming pool add even more character to this beautiful vacation rental property in Puglia. Villa Gloria is located at the top of a very high hill with a fully panoramic view over the famous Valle d'Itria along the famous countrysides up to the nearest beach area of Capitolo. Many famous tourist sites are located nearby; the world famous Valle d'Itria, Ostuni, the Unesco site Alberobello, the famous caves of Castellana Grotte and the beautiful seaside towns of Monopoli and Polignano a Mare. Balance is due cash at the beginning of holiday during the check-in with the manager, if you are not able to pay cash, you should pay the total amount by bank transfer or credit card with-in 30 days before your arrival (cheques and travellers cheque are never allowed). Due to security and legal reasons law we will check-in only guests who have compiled our booking-form and agreement. Security deposit (to be refunded at the end of the stay) EUR 500 to be paid ONLY by cash or credit card (cheques and travellers cheque are never allowed). Please be sure to leave the house in good condition. No pets allowed. Final cleaning mandatory EUR 100. Intermediate cleaning mandatory for stay more than one week, extra paid. Arrival time is mandatory in the afternoon between 4pm and 8pm (unless otherwise agreed). At arrival later than 8pm an extra charge will be applied. Please advise us of your departure time at least 24 hours before. The check-out must be taken not later than 10 am. Electricity is billed by use at EUR 0,30 per KW/h. Bed linen and bath towels - EUR 10 per person.
