Kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer etc. The superb 18 hole championship golf course designed by Dave Thomas is tipped to host the European Tour in the future. In addition to the golf course, there is a two tier 36 bay driving range, practice putting greens and bunkers as well as Pro shop, digital swing analyser. Equipment and buggy hire is also available along with pre bookable tee times. The Sports Academny has 8 tennis courts,4 paddle ball courts,football and rugby,green bowls and boule court,cycle paths,children's playgrounds. The Hacienda Del Alamo also offers a Gourmet restaurant, cafe and snack bar. The villa is in a fabulous position near the clubhouse and Spanish Village on the 5 star Hacienda Del Alamo Golf Resort. The resort is located in a rural position surrounded by mountains with easy access from Murcia airport. The gourmet ‘Hacienda’ restaurant has had rave reviews. Miguel Jimenez was present on the opening evening. It serves the finest Mediterranean food in a modern, traditional, romantic setting. The cafe at the driving range serves drinks, coffees and snacks. The clubhouse restaurant has the new concept of show cooking. Please note that the house sleeps up to 4 people and we do not charge any supplements. The house is cleaned before and after your visit and includes linen and towels and all electricity, air-con, central heating. £50p/w Deposit on bookings and remainder 6 weeks before commencement of holiday. On stays of 2 weeks, the villa will have a mid-clean and change of linen. £100 returnable deposit against damage. Payment by Cash, Sterling cheques or Papal (Paypal charges apply). You can start your holiday on any day you like. The balance is payable just 6 weeks before arrival. Our on-site management company will meet and greet you with the keys and take you to the house and explain any details you wish to know and places to go and local restaurants. If you require an arrival grocery pack, the on-site management will provide one for € 20, payable directly to them on resort.
