The Villa is located above the coast at the exclusive end of the Cote d'Azur. Perfectly placed for exploring the whole coastline. It is a 10 minute drive to Nice or 20 minutes to Monaco and a little further to the Italian border. Less than 10 minutes to the three most exclusive bays of Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu sur Mer and Villefranche sur Mer. The lovely coastal train can be picked up in either Beaulieu or Villefranche which will take you into Italy(17 miles) via Monaco or to Cannes via Nice.

Villefranche Sur Mer areaThere are beautiful Beaches in the picturesque bays of Villefranche and Beaulieu sur Mer, a coastal footpath will take you around the entire peninsula of Cap Ferrat with its rocky shoreline popular with Scuba divers. You could visit the Zoo or watch the sunset from the foot of the Lighthouse. Why not try your hand at Sailing, Waterskiing, Paragliding or hire a Jetski ? The area has many art galleries and Theatres as well as the Opera in Nice or perhaps you'd prefer the famous Casino in Monaco. Be sure not to miss the colourful narrow streets of Nice old town with its Flower market and many ancient churches. If you prefer to just laze around then you will probably find yourself on the beach at Villefranche. It is a sheltered bay and the beach has a gradual slope making it great for swimming and safe for kids. At lunchtime its into the Bar-restaurant, right on the beach, for a salad-niceoise, local seafood or maybe a pizza and then crawl back to the beach for a little siesta. (when in France.....!) There is a local market, a lovely port and some excellent waterside restaurants for the evening.

A Childs Cott and High-Chair are also available on request. The price is fully inclusive of all necessary amenities, including Electricity, Water, Linen, Towels, Unlimited Internet, Sky TV, Pool Maintenance and the final Clean. There are no hidden extra charges. If you require the pool to be heated (only needed in winter) there will be a charge of 130 Euros per week.
