The living room (26m2) has a french window opening on the terrace with seaview and sunset; a dining-area, a kitchenette equiped with a 3electric cookers, an oven, a fridge with a freezer, an electric coffee pot, a dishwasher and a toaster ; in the part of the sitting room, there are 2 sofabeds (90x200cm) and a wardrobe. The bedroom with a doublebed and a private showerroom and WC has the seaview. The bedroom with twin beds has the hillview. The seperate bathroom/WC is equiped with a hair-dryer fixed on the wall. The terrace (18m2) is covered by a pergola and equiped with a table , garden chairs , and deckchairs. A barbecue is also provided. Towels are changed on every 2 days, sheets once the week. Babycot available.

White houses with an architecture of the greek islands, on a level, with an area of 64 m2 : each have a wonderful view allover the islands of Kalymnos and Pserimos. The sandy beach is at 300 m They are very confortable and are well fitted to welcome till 6 persons easely. From May till October, you are allowed to use the swimming pool of the hotel nearby situated on the downway to the beach (at 200m). The island is very green , has no problem of water and is well ventilated. The city of Kos is a real archeologic area till the Asclepeion site. Diversified landscapes from the seaside to the mountain of Dikeos (846m), from the long sandbeaches of Kefalos to the very wild end part of the island (Aghios Theologos) are nice excursions for every day. Escape to the other islands of Kalymnos (island of the spongers), Nyssiros (island of the vulcano), Bodrum (the little St Tropez of the turkish coast). Rhodos and Patmos can be reached by high speed catamarans in 2 hours of voyage.

The villas are located at 2km from the village of Mastihari where you find all the shops (supermarkets, international newspapers, laundry and iron, car and bicycles or motos rental, taverns..). In the summertime, there are also some market gardeners on the way to Kos city. In the hotel Horizon Beach Resort at 200m you have also some little shops , a small supermarket, hairdresser and an internet corner.
