This Beach House / Villa is built on the beach near Almerimar and has impressive/lovely views over the Mediteranean and the Sierra Nevada Mountains. The living space exists of 3 bedrooms ( two double , one twin ) 2 bathrooms and a spacious kitchen , a lounge area with stunning views over the Med. Outside , there are a number off patios and seating areas , with rockery and superb BBQ area. In the garden is an original outdoor shower and an lovely fountain. Satellite TV , Washingmachine and dryer are avalable , including airconditioning.

The property is built against a small hill on approximately 30 m. from the sea. In front of the house is a sandpath and directly next to that path is the beach. The small tourist centre and yacht harber Almerimar is just 5 km. away. There you can find everything you need bars, restaurants ,shops and a superb golfcourse.
