The living is fully equipped with a nice kitchen and large sofa that can be turned into comfortable double bed, within seconds. The bathroom has a shower, bidet and toilet. You have a nice private terrace with view upon the swimming pool. The apartment lies on the third floor (There is no elevator) The mansion, whose construction was only completed in 2008, consists of only 18 modern apartments with satellite TV and heating, distance to the lake about 2 km and the old town (Raffa), about 200m; The villa has a swimming pool with sun chairs, located in a nice area, which is the best way for a relaxing holiday in the maximum relaxation. Guests of the house have a private garage just in the cellar. The garden of Villa Serraglie is ideal for your children to play in, completely fenced so secure, and an ideal place to take the sun. The swimming pool is 15 * 6 meter and 1,40 deep, so very well suited for children!

The apartment is just about 2 km from the beach..so very near. The Villa Serraglie lies in Raffa di Puegnago, a nice small town just on the edge of the west coast of the lake Garda. The neighbourhood is very nice and in one of the most characteristic points of the Garda lake, just in front of the Rock of Manerba and just in front of the islands Garda and S. Biagi. (The S. Biagi island lies at 3 km and You can also walk to it since from the main land it lies about 200 m in nthe lake and this is never more deep than 50 cm, so You can walk though the water to get at the island)arrival and distances
