Comprising of two comfortable twin bedded rooms (one of which could be made into a double bed by prior arrangement) there are also two full size single beds in a screened off area at the far end of the lounge.The kitchen/dining room is fitted and equipped to a high standard with fridge/with icebox, electric oven, gas hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine. The kitchen leads onto a large decking area through fully glazed double doors.The bathroom suite comprises of Bath with Shower, WC and a pedestal sink.The comfortable Living room comprises of two sofas and a single chair, colour Television, a mini hifi unit (CD & Radio) gas fire and sideboard/cabinet behind screening lies two full sized single beds.Outside, there is off road parking for 3 cars at the front and at the back there is a private, large, partly sheltered wooden decking area, with wooden garden furniture comprising, large table two benches and two chairs.
