Villa Avalon Seaview is just a short drive away from Balchik and Albena - Bulgaria's top resort boasting wide sandy beaches. It is located in a prime area, commonly referred to as Golden Fish, an area zoned for summer villas, situated on a terraced hillside overlooking Albena and Balchik. A single track road leading off the main coast road from Albena to Balchik provides access to the property, which is just five minutes (4 km) away from restaurants and bars in the nearby resort. Varna International Airport is approximately 30 minutes (30 km) drive away.

Just 15-20 minutes walk from the house downhill is the beautiful sandy beach of Albena, where a large variety of water sports are available. Albena has a moderate continental climate; in the summer the air temperature is over 25oC and often reaches 29-40oC (May and September - 20-25oC and April and October - 15-19oC). It is very safe for bathing and swimming, as there is no dangerous sea life. Albena has it all: sport and recreation facilities, numerous entertainment spots, restaurants, nightlife and bars. There are more than 100 catering establishments, ranging from top class restaurants to fast food outlets, all very friendly and clean. For the more energetic there is water skiing, ringo and banana rides, para-sailing, yachting, surfing, jets, scuba diving, underwater fishing, tennis, mini golf, bowling, beach volleyball, aerobics, hang-gliding. Horse riding and jeep safaris are also available close by. Also children’s amusements: fun-fair, kid’s discos, mini-trains, trampolines, etc. In the town there is a street market every day where you can purchase many beautiful Bulgarian souvenirs, have your hair braided, your portrait painted and much more.
