Description
An old stable building from 1925 was converted into a cosy holiday home in 2007/2008.
The flat is laid out on two levels. On the lower level, next to the shower room, there is a spacious living room with a cosy sofa corner, a well-equipped kitchenette and a large dining table
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (plus cot or folding bed), the other with two single beds.
All the finishing work has been done with ecological compatibility in mind, while at the same time preserving the original charm of the building. A rustic and at the same time modern comfort awaits you. Good quality bed linen and towels are part of the basic equipment
Outside, you will find your own terrace and a large garden, which offers many possibilities, especially for children. Various seating areas invite you to relax. There is a barbecue and a fireplace in the courtyard, which can be used by everyone.

Location and surroundings of object
Our rest farm is located on the edge of the village of Garze, a district of Bleckede. The farm includes a main house, a former stable building (now a holiday home) and several other outbuildings. In addition, there is a large meadow where you can romp and play or simply let your eyes wander. The farm is not managed by us
In Garze there is a small drinks market, in Bleckede you will find various supermarkets, specialist shops, banks, doctors and pharmacies (distance approx. 3 km)
There is a regular bus service to Bleckede and Lüneburg
Garze is an ideal starting point for cycling tours, hikes and excursions. More detailed information about the natural and cultural attractions of the region is available in the holiday home.
Bleckede is a picturesque half-timbered town in the middle of the Lower Saxony Elbe Valley Biosphere Reserve
The landscape is characterised by its proximity to the Elbe (distance approx. 1.5 km), wide meadows alternate with deciduous and pine forests. The nature invites you to cycle and walk, the meadows along the Elbe offer a good place for a small picnic. Many animals can be observed here, and the Elbe is used by many birds as a resting place on their way to their winter or summer quarters. In some places the Elbe has a small beach, so you can cool off and refresh yourself with a swim.

| The rental price is family-friendly and staggered according to the number of persons. The basic price is for 2 persons. Children up to 3 years are free, 3 - 15 years 5,- / night; from 16 years 15,- / night. I will be happy to make you a concrete offer, please always let me know the age of your children. Thank you very much. Service charges, bed linen/towels and the normal final cleaning are included and will not be charged additionally. |
Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.
