Fuorirotta Village is a new development made of seven new brand apartments completely submerged in the greenery of Puglia countryside,a couple minutes drive from the wonderful Ionian beaches. The high-standard apartments are completely new and consists of a lounge-dining with kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.A sofabed is in the dining. The apartment has kitchenette with four ring stove, oven, fridge/refrigerator, air conditioning, LCD TV with satellite channels, payTV, Wi-Fi internet connection, DVD player, radio, strongbox, electric shutters, mosquito nets to all doors and windows, intercom. In the upper part of building there is a wide 250 square meters solarium from where you have stunning view across the country from a side and the blue color of the Ionian Sea on the other. All around there are 5000 square meters of garden completely fenced for children security with pine trees, palm, olive trees and more. By side the fenced garden we have a private vegetable garden:guests can freely harvst tomatoes,courgettes,peppers and anything else for their own cooking. Then there is the wonderful 15x7 metres pool (no chlorine)for anyone who doesn't want to go the beach. Access to pool is reserved to guests. Shared loundry. Included in rental price there are two sunbed and umbrella on the conventioned lido on the beach. On request boat tour available.
