In addition to the close beaches, harbours, good restaurants, a renowned sailing-school, a riding-farm, Plouézoc’h is situated next to the bay of Morlaix, with its numerous small islands, its \"Château du Taureau\", a fortress built in the XVIth century to protect Morlaix against the English ! Excursions are made possible to these isles. Close to the village, you may also visit the «Great Cairn of Barnenez», a tumulus from the neolithic age.
