This charming and comfortable cottage was built as a holiday home. Here one can spend wonderful days with f. ex. hiking, skiing, fishing or simply enjoying doing nothing - just the right spot to relax completely. It stands out with its sunny location on a hill at the edge of a forest, high above the Rettenbach. From here you have a breathtaking view on Bad Ischl and the mountains of the Salzkammergut. The house is spacious and with its 252 sq metres offers room for 2-10 persons. A large terrace with an open fireplace faces to the south and is partly covered by a roof. The south balcony on the first floor right in front of the bedrooms invites you for sunbathing even in spring and autumn.

The holiday home "Kaiserblick" has an outstanding location on a sunny hill above Bad Ischl at the edge of a forest. The road leading up to the holiday cottage will be cleared from the snow in winter till right up to the house. The center of Bad Ischl can be reached by car within 10 minutes.

The house is designed in typical Austrian country house style, partially with antique country furniture. Large living / dining room with a tiled stove and a bench by the stove, direct access to the large terrace with its stunning mountain view. 3 bedrooms each with a double bed, 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. 4 bedrooms have direct access to the balcony i.e. to the terrace, all four with a stunning mountain view, 1 bedroom with forest view. The house be can rented with the use of 3, 4 or 5 bedrooms. The rent varies accordingly. Check-in day: Saturday - other check-in days on request. Rent only per week - other rental periods on request. The rates in the pricelist below refer to the use of 3 bedrooms. The rates for the use of 4 or 5 bedrooms as well as all rates for 2009 please see www.ferienhaus-kaiserblick.de.
