Our holiday home in the North Dutch seaside resort St. Maartenszee is flooded with light and is situated on a very large landscaped park with lots of greenery and lots of trees. It is located in the municipality of Zijpe, which is known for endless Tulip fields in spring and the most hours of sunshine in a year. 75 M2 living space is free on 500 m 2 garden and offers much privacy, because behind the House, even a small park adjacent. Ideal for children to the play or for people who love quiet and nature. There are two bedrooms with two double beds (in 4 single beds to switch) and possibly even a baby cot (4 persons + 1 baby max =). The kitchen with dining table and living room (2 couches, 2 seat cushion) is a large, bright room (40 m 2) and adjacent to the garden (South facing) and the terrace. There are two WC and a bathroom. We are a Dutch-German family from Amsterdam and use our House mostly even on the weekends. Everything in the House is very high quality and fully equipped. Of the Stokke baby Chair on the Nespresso machine, dishwasher, oven, Toaster, microwave, washing machine, DVD player, stereo (CD), 2 beds and 2 seat cushions in the living room, black-out curtains in the bedroom, hair-dryer, iron, up to teak garden furniture and loungers, parasols (for terrace and beach), barbecue and... beautiful linens. We rent for minimum 2 weeks from Saturday (arrival after 14.00) to Saturday (departure before 11.00) in the summer season: 01.04.2013 to 15.09.2013 1290,-euro (per 2 weeks) residual period on request 50% deposit upon booking, 50% + deposit (200 euro) 2 weeks prior to arrival. Tenants must be minimum 25 years old. For that, we charge 60,-euro. Bed linen for 4 beds (for baby cot please even take) is included in the rental price. Nespresso capsules (beautiful coffee!) is available against cost price available, if desired. We personally travel to the key to on hand- and to make sure that you will feel comfortable in our House.
