The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and so more, flat-screen TV, Radio-CD/DVD & Internet connection. Austrian dining corner for 10 people. Also on the groundfloor a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. On the first floor 2 bedrooms with doublebedding (one with a babybed) and both with access to the balcony,and one room as children\'s room with 2 bunk beds for four people. A second bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. Ski with ski shoe dryer for ten pieces of shoes, washing machine and washdryer and also 2 parkingplaces in the underground garage are included in our price. Prices per week, exclusive cleaning, towels and bed linen (18,50 euro p/p.change). Reservationcost euro 32,50. Cleaning Euro 110, - and bed linen are mandatory. Smoking and dogs not allowed

This chalet is located near the ski lifts and the loipe connection with Königsleiten. Conveniently located, good skiing until the end of the season. Ski school, lift and forest in front of the house.
