This house has been renovated recently. It is situated in the eastern part of the village, in Calle Real de las Eras. On the ground floor there is a living room with an open fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet. The kitchen leads to an internal yard and at the back part of the house there is a room with a double bed and the main bathroom. Upstairs there is a big room with three single bed. There is also a beautiful large terrace from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the village. The house is fully equipped with all necessities including central heating, a TV in the living room, a microwave, an electric hob, a fridge and a washing machine. Linen and towels are also provided during your stay and are included in the price.

The Natural Park, Cabo de Gata in Níjar, is the first land-maritime park of Andalusia.
