The villa is located in the Lindfields sub-division which is a quiet resedential area conveniently close to the attractions of Disney World. The pool deck over looks a small pond to a conservation ares, which attracts some local wildlife, particularly spectular birds. The villa comprises a spacious lounge/diner with an opening to the fully equipped kitchen. The lounge has two sofa's (one being a sofa bed) and an armchair, TV, VCR, DVD and HiFi. The dining area has table and chairs for 6 people. The master bedroom has a Queen sized bed, TV and en suite shower and WC and built-in wardrobe. There are two other bedrooms, one with double bed, the other with two single beds. There is a family bathroom adjacent to these bedrooms with a corridor to the lounge. The lounge has patio doors leading to a lanai and the screened pool, which can be heated during the winter months. The villa is air-conditioned/centrally-heated through out enhanced with ceiling fans. At the front of the villa is a double garage which also contains a washing machine and dryer.

Lindfields is situated just off Highway 192 and is an easy 25 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport (MCO).

Lindfields sub-division is a quiet residential area about 6km from the main gate to Disney World. The Disney World theme parks are about 4 miles away along Highway 192. Interstate 4 towards Orlando takes you to Universal Studios with rides including Men In Black, Jaws, Back To The Future, ET, Earthquake, Shrek and Terminator 2. The City Walk is well worthwhile as is a visit to the Hard Rock Cafe which is the largest in the world. Sea World is also highly recommended for the marine life and the display put on by the dolphins, sea lions and killer whales - just be careful where you sit as you could get very wet! Though if you enjoy getting wet then Wet 'n' Wild on International Drive may be your thing...

Please inquire when booking. *** The villa is thoroughly cleaned between lets, the pool and garden are serviced weekly. *** All appropriate Florida taxes are included in the rental. *** Welcome pack available upon request. *** High season is Xmas (about 18th December through 1st January), Easter (Saturday before Good Friday to Saturday after), Summer Holidays (20th July to 1st September). *** Pool heating is extra and strongly recommended from October to March and is £10/$20 per day. Please bear in mind that even in Florida it can become too cold for swimming in the winter months. *** On receipt of the final rental payment, detailed instructions including a map, will be sent to you. We have found that getting the US maps for our "Sat Nav" to be the most reliable way to find our way around. *** Refundable breakages deposit of £60 / $120 required, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). *** Non-returnable booking deposit required of £150/$300, balance due 6 weeks before stay at villa. *** For payments made in currencies other than UK Pounds Sterling we prefer to use PayPal.
