Comfortable holiday home with approx. 70 m², for 4 adults with child, pets are not allowed. The friendly non-smoking house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. The south-facing terrace with barbecue fireplace, summer house and sunbathing lawn invites you to sunbathe and relax with its garden furniture. For cycling tours along the dikes, 3 bicycles are available free of charge. In the kitchen, which is separated from the dining and living area, with high-quality equipment (cooker, oven, extractor bonnet, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, egg boiler, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.) you will certainly not miss anything. The comfortable living-dining room with fireplace, colour TV (satellite reception), DVD player and radio with CD player is tastefully furnished (children's high chair available). In addition to the small hallway with wardrobe and a guest toilet, there is also a storage room on the ground floor. The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor. One bedroom has a double bed and a clock radio. The other bedroom with bay window has two separate beds. A completely spacious shower room with WC, changing mat and washing machine is also located on the upper floor.

The living room of 70 m² is well laid out and offers space for 4 Erwachsenne and a toddler. On the south-facing terrace with barbecue, lawn and patio furniture you can really relax. Es war super klasse.
Hier ist es mit Liebe eingerichtet.
An viele kleine Details wurde gedacht. Selbst für unsere kleine (20 Monate) war alles da.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
Der Service stimmt von Anfang bis Ende.

Schöner Urlaub
Schönes Haus, gute Ausstattung, sehr sauber, alles vorhanden was man benötigt, nur meiner Frau fehlte ihre geliebte Wanne.
Wetter von allem etwas, ist halt Nordsee.
Einfach toll.

free time activities: 1 Km zum Hafen mit Fähre zur Insel Baltrum, Wattwandern, Dorfmuseum Münkeboe, Greetsiel, Carolienensiel, Laufen Wandern Radfahren. Es gibt genug zu sehen und zu unternehmen.
shopping facilities: Bäcker und Edeka 5 Minuten Fußweg, einige Restaurants in näherer Umgebung.
