Casa Mermaid is a large comfortable family home with a 15x30 pool located four blocks from the town square. With an open floor plan and lovely patio on the second level with hammocks and ocean view. Property Details As you enter the large open dining and family room you will experience the bright light airy relaxed feeling of Mexico from our open floor plan and glass block ceiling on the second level beaming with sunshine. Our large family home accommodates 2 to 12 with comfort. 4 large bedrooms and 4 full tiled baths, on two floors with a huge patio on the second level that has a fabulous view of the beach and ocean and seating for 12. There is a good sized (30x15)private pool with lounge chairs, tables and chairs with umbrella amidst a tropical setting with a flowing fountain for your enjoyment with no one else but you and your family. The entire property is gated and private. Our manager is available daily to tend to your wants and needs. We are located on Avenida Rojo Gomez # 7 just across the street from the ocean with no houses in-between. There is a foot path that leads to a beach of white power sand. Casa Mermaid is approximately 2000 sq feet on two floors. The bedrooms are air conditioned for your comfort and have celling fans, large windows with ocean or garden view and private full baths. The villa is charming with an old Mexican flair. Tile and Mexican marble floors, celling fans through out, cable T.V., VCR,DVD player, (bring your favorite) movies, stereo, radio, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and micro wave, blender, coffee maker 4 slice toaster and more. I have added lots of mermaids, American furniture and beds(no Cement beds or furn)High pressure water system, we never run out of hot water. The rateincludes maid service three times per week. The entire property is fenced and gated. We provide all linens and towels of the best cotton quality. Maid service is available three times per week included in the rate, if you would like more service there is a small fee. We will help you arrange airport pick-up, snorkeling, fishing, and dive trips at a reduced rate if you ask.

Casa Mermaid is located 4 short blocks from the town square and directly across the street from the beach. We are in a residential neighborhood surrounded with private homes and villas. We are 30 minutes from Cancun and 20 minutes in the opposite direction to Playa Del Carmen. Thats where you go for the night life. Our town closes down about 11PM. The airport is about 20 minutes away and we can help you arrange a ride for your entire family.

Puerto Morelos is a sleepy fishing village 20Km south of Cancun. This is a beach community with 17 restaurants, gift shops and a hand craft market, ATM, Fishing Pier, Church,and English Book store. You will find boat rentals, snorkeling and dive shops, ATV rental, Kite Boarding,and much more. Puerto Morelos has been designated National Reef Park because of it's efforts to preserve the largest barrier reef in the western hemisphere and the second largest in the world. Jacques Cousteau referred to this stretch of the Caribbean as having 'Gin Clear Water'. This world famous reef is just 500 meters from shore. You can walk to the nearby restaurants, central plaza, pharmacy, and grocery store. There are miles of powder white sand beaches for walking and beach combing, day or night, directly across the street.
