Beach Palms is a well maintained building. It has a court yard and pool with barbeque grilling area. No need to take the elevator, take the staircase or ramp from this first floor condo, just steps to and from the pool and beach. The beach streches 9.6 kilometers north to Clearwater and 14.5 kilometers south to St.Pete Beach. Take a short walk or drive to enjoy a dinner at one of the many fine restuarants on Gulf Boulevard. Take the Beach trolly north 10 minutes to Clearwater pier and shopping district. Or take the Beach trolly south 10 minutes to Johns Pass, for all water sports, wave runners, deep sea fishing, local shops and resturants.
