Small, elegant villa by the sea, 50m from the beaches and sea promenade.The house has a large terrace, two entrances and is surrounded by a private garden. You will enjoy the privacy of your own house, as the villa is rented fully to you for your exclusive use, the owner does not live there. Three bedrooms can accomodate 5 persons: one large bedroom with double bed (1.80m), a small bedroom with double bed (1.40m)and a small bedroom with single bed. The villa has a large dinning room, with a dinning table for 8, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a guests WC. Rattan chairs can be taken out on the terrace to enjoy the evening breeze. The kitchinette has a freezer, a coffee machine, a microwave oven, an electric cooker (2 plates), dishes, pots, glasses, etc. and is suitable for preparing breakfast or a quick meal. All bedrooms have Laminat floors, the dinning room and the hall have ceramic floors. There are new windows (Termopan) in all rooms. LAST MINUTE offer: 10% discount for any period in June. The offer cannot be cumulated with any other offer.

The vila is within 3-4 minutes walking distance from the beach, on large street going straight down to the sea, bordered by old trees. A three star hotel-restaurant is close to the villa and you can try its excellent cuisine, its bar, cafeteria or play tennis, table tennis or bowling there. Close by, are a choice of restaurants, kiosks, a pharmacy. Five minutes from the vila, in the center of the town, there is a supermarket, the farmer\'s market, internet cafes, open air cinema, post, bank.Several physiotherapy centers are within walking distance from the house, one of them at 50m distance.

Eforie Nord is a small town, renowned for its sandy beaches, sunny weather and clean sea.Close by, the salted lake of Techirghiol is used for mud in treating reumathism. Three treatment establishments offer massage, gymnastics, physioteraphy- including mud treatment- and geriatric treatment.In town, there is a choice of restaurants, bars, discos, open air cinema. Day trips can be organised to visit the Danube Delta, for wine tasting at Murfatlar, to Constanta, to visit antique greek monuments, museums, an aquarium. The international airport is also in Constanta, 12 Km from Eforie Nord.
