The cottage is located less than 25 meters from lake Ålasjön, the only building at the isolated 900 meters long lake in the heart of county Blekinge. Nearby cities are; Ronneby (22 kms to the south) and Karlskrona (35 kms to the southeast). The area is in general woodland, but the closest piece of land to the house is an open grove, where cows graze. The location is very remote and peaceful, out of sight are 3 farmhouses inhabited by a few elderly people – a calm and relaxing spot !At the place you will find a jetty, a rowing boat, a “bath-raft”, fishing, a grill-place, a sauna and calm and peaceful surroundings - all for your own private use ! The house consists of 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and a bathroom with wc. Adjacent to the house is also a guesthouse with two bedrooms (2 bunk-beds i.e. 4 persons). Equipment include ordinary standard for a typical Swedish “summer-house”; fridge with a small freezer, stove, coffe-machine, TV, hot and cold water and so on. A comfortable living for 4-5 persons, (maximum 6 with children, electrically heated if needed & woodburning stowe). The sauna (heated by firewood) is located close to the jetty, here at seaside you will find garden furniture as well as on the balcony. Cars can be parked by the house. Rental include electricity, fishing, boat, various extra equipment, (hammocks, playing tools, sunchairs and more), firewood for the sauna and fireplaces – no additional costs. Take along bedclothes and towels + what you need for self-catering.
