Villa Rosy is the ideal place for a restful holiday whilst being central for exploring Umbrian's interesting art towns, such as Assisi, Perugia, Todi, Città della Pieve, Bevagna, Montefalco, Spoleto, etc. The original structure has been divided into two apartments furnished and equipped to a high standard with a mixture of modern and antique furniture: MIMOSA and MAGNOLIA. Both have an independent entrance.

The Villa, an elegant stone farmhouse, built in 1800, was recently restored to the highest standards to offer 2 self-catering apartments: Magnolia (sleeps 4) and Mimosa (sleeps 8). Sitting in the midst of its own 20 acre olive grove, the Villa is also surrounded by beautiful gardens - a rich mixture of flowers, vegetables and aromatic herbs - quite the most delightful place to enjoy the best of the Umbrian countryside.Yet within a few minutes, you can walk into Rivotorto for basic amenities, drive to Assisi with all its magic or reach the highway (E45) to Perugia, Foligno, Lake Trasimeno and all the hilltowns which make Umbria unique.
