We are renting out our new and fully equipped house which is located in a lush tropical garden. The house is in a perfect condition and designed for living there, not only for a few holidays. All bed rooms are with air conditioning and the bath room of the master bed room has even an additional out side shower.

Town and location of object

The villa is in a closed "moo ban" as the settlements are called here in Thailand. This village named "Dhewee Park" has its own team of 24 hours secutity guards which garantee real safty - all day and night. It is mainly inhabited by European foreigners who really care about their property and maintain it nicely. There is a nice, clean sweet water swimming pool only a few meters away for your free use. The ocean's white sand beach is about 2 km west of to the house, easy to reach by a proper paved street.

Bang Saree is a nice fisher men's village, only a few kilometers away from the famous beach of Jomtien in South Pattaya. Pattaya is well known for the wide choice of entertainment and the friendlynes of its people.
