The house is positioned on the edge of Le Rez along a long driveway, well away from what is a quiet road anyway. The house and garden is private and not overlooked and the later is well fenced and safe for young children to wander. There is an orchard on one side of the garden and fields on the other sides. The countryside, a mix of arable and pasture gently undulates. The house is is approximately halfway between Locmine and Josselin within easy reach of the N24 for quick access to the coast. There are swimming pools at many nearby towns, including Reguiny, which is only 10 minutes drive. There is a large lake at Pontivy offering water sports.

A deposit (25% price) is payable at the time of booking. The balance is payable 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. A £75 security deposit is payable for any stay up to 2 weeks in duration. An additional £50 /week is payable above 2 weeks. This payment is made 6 weeks before the holiday.Duvets and covers are provided within the letting price. A full linen service can be provided that includes towels, tea-towels, sheets, and pillow cases. The price ranges is £15 - £47 depending on numbers.
