La Glycine is located in Palaizot a tiny little hamlet of 10 houses, the river Ternin runs through the heavily forest clad sides of the valley. There are plenty of lovely walks in the area and it is rare even in summer to encounter another living soul. Wildlife abounds, Red and Roe deer, wild boar, fox, hare, rabbits, buzzards, kites, perigrine, if you are lucky wild cat. Autumn is the mushroom season and a plentiful supply of tasy mushrooms are there for the gathering. Fresh eggs can be bought cheaply from the friendly farmer up the lane.
